Forecasting 2007 Trends

The SEMA Show is the largest aftermarket parts event in the world. Industry leaders use this show to forecast upcoming trends. We can use these predictions to predict upcoming theft and fraud trends as well.

The Show was just held at the Las Vegas Convention Center. The SEMA Show attracts more than 100,000 industry leaders from over 100 countries.

Several automakers choose this world-famous event for major introductions of new and specialty vehicles, including a resurgence of muscle cars and high-performance street machines.  Since this show is so large we will feature several trends and styles over the next few months. An excellent article written by SEMA regarding the most popular modifications can be viewed by Clicking here. For example; "The number-one performance upgrade for Honda Civic owners is air intakes".

Transponder Books & Software Available

Law enforcement, SIU, and other approved agencies can now purchase the most comprehensive and popular automotive locksmith books and software in history.

Bender Enterprises Inc. has been given permission to sell these publications and software to qualified investigators such as law enforcement and SIU.

It is imperative to know which vehicles have transponders/immobilizers when conducting auto theft investigations. It is also imperative that the investigator knows how the systems work and how they can be programmed. Michael Hyde's books are considered "the book" to have by most locksmiths.
