His career has included law enforcement, the National Auto Theft
Bureau, and the National Insurance Crime Bureau. He is an
internationally recognized expert in sport compact vehicle (illegal street
racers) theft and fraud and advanced vehicle identification. He has
consulted for major insurance companies and the news and print
media.
